Biography

Rachel R. Thomas, Ph.D., BCBA-D earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University (2023) and her Masters of Science degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from Florida Institute of Technology (2019). She earned her BCBA in May 2020 and BCBA-D in January 2024. Originally from Pennsylvania, Rachel has multiple years of experience working in public schools while serving in roles ranging from paraprofessional to classroom teacher in support classrooms for students diagnosed with autism. Currently, she serves as both affiliate assistant faculty at the Dallas-ground campus and as a district BCBA for EMS-ISD. Her research interests are in OBM-related topics (i.e., staff training, staff preference, public speaking, and networking/connection building skills).
