Biography

Dr. Bullard earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis. She completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship with the University of Cincinnati Counseling and Psychological Services. Dr. Bullard previously served as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Social and Behavioral Sciences department at Miami University. In 2026, she joined the faculty of the Clinical Psychology department at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Bullard's areas of clinical interest include group therapy, working with LGBTQ+ populations, college students, and navigating life transitions. Her research interests broadly include attitudes, policy, and identity development. She has taught courses across several subjects such as psychopathology, clinical methods, psychotherapy skills, and career development. Dr. Bullard has authored articles and presentations on topics including civil rights protections for LGBTQ+ individuals, sexual health, and professional development.
