Biography

Dr. Rena Lyons is an executive coach, author, speaker, and business psychology practitioner specializing in emotional intelligence, leadership development, communication, and organizational effectiveness. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and a master's degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from The Chicago School. Dr. Lyons is passionate about helping individuals and organizations enhance self-awareness, resilience, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness through evidence-based emotional intelligence practices.

In addition to her work as founder and CEO of REBx3 Consulting, Dr. Lyons is an accomplished author and international speaker who has presented on leadership, emotional intelligence, and workplace psychology at conferences around the world. Her research and professional interests focus on emotional intelligence, leadership development, organizational behavior, and creating psychologically healthy workplace cultures that support both individual and organizational success.
