International Admissions
Are you living outside the U.S. and interested in studying at The Chicago School? We have graduates from more than 50 different countries, and we pride ourselves on welcoming new international students to our diverse community.
Once enrolled at The Chicago School, international students gain access to high-quality programs, services, and advising on cross-cultural and academic adjustment, health insurance, employment, and more as they work toward their personal and educational goals.
Global Education
The Chicago School's global education programs offer hands-on experiences and give students the opportunity to engage with diverse populations around the world.
A Chicago School student who is interested in traveling abroad for intensive international study in their discipline may be eligible to participate in a Study Abroad or other global immersion program. A student in an International Psychology or Public Health program is required to participate in international field experience.
Global Distinction
A Chicago School student who demonstrates a commitment to international perspectives may earn the Global Distinction honor. Global Distinction students contribute to the shrinking of cultural divides by learning to understand themselves in the context of the world community and using this knowledge to effectively engage across diverse cultures.

The Chicago School is proud to partner with international organizations around the world. These collaborations provide a wide range of growth and development opportunities to our faculty and students.
Visiting Scholars
Students are exposed to international issues through a global lens by engaging with international scholars visiting the school. Students have opportunities to learn virtually from faculty at one of our many overseas partner institutions, and in-person from on-ground visiting scholars.
International Alumni Council
The Chicago School’s International Alumni Council brings together alumni living worldwide, providing opportunities for networking and professional development. The Council is open to alumni living internationally or alumni who attended the Chicago School as international students.
